Flair 58 Etched Puck Screen – Magnetic Stainless Steel, Enhanced Water Delivery & Easy Maintenance Upgrade your Flair 58 espresso machine with the Flair 58 Etched Puck Screen, designed for a superior brewing experience. Featuring the iconic Flair 58 logo, this etched screen significantly improves water distribution, softening and evening out the flow to the coffee bed. Say goodbye to uneven extraction with this advanced design, which ensures more consistent results. Unlike the original sintered mesh screen, the etched design is easier to clean, does not retain fines, and eliminates the need for a pre-wet to prevent edge channeling. Experience a smoother and more efficient espresso-making process every time. Made from magnetic stainless steel, this screen offers easy removal with any magnet, including the one conveniently featured on the articulating shot mirror. This material also heats up faster, ensuring quicker preheating compared to traditional sintered mesh. Perfect for espresso enthusiasts looking to enhance the performance of their Flair 58, this high-quality puck screen combines ease of use, maintenance, and precision for the ultimate coffee extraction. Product details: Diameter: 58.55 mm Hole diameter: 0.4 mm Thickness: 0.5 mm Black PVD coating Laser Logo Magnetic for easy removal Material: Stainless steel 304 (Martensitic) ****** The Flair 58 Puck Screen, beautifully branded with the Flair 58 logo and made with meshed stainless steel, will soften and even out the delivery of water to the coffee bed. This will help to prevent channeling and ensure a more even and balanced extraction from your Flair 58. In addition, the Puck Screen will reduce the need for cleaning of the brew head, as it will minimize the amount of coffee material that is pulled into the brew head when lifting the lever after a shot is completed. The Puck Screen will prevent the need to remove the brew head, perhaps to once a month or less, as it will trap the material within the mesh which can be easily flushed out under the tap. Given the thermal mass of the screen, it is recommended that it is placed in the portafilter and locked in just before turning on the preheat controller. Diameter: 58.5mm Material: SUS 304 solid multi-layers mesh
